What is included?

• Shipping shoes from us to you for FREE (insured)
• Dry pre-cleaning from dirt
• Surface wet cleaning of shoes with premium shampoo
• Deep cleaning of the sole using a special preparation
• Straightening the shape of the shoe
• Revival of colors
• Lint removal
• Disinfection and deodorization of footwear
• Restoration of suede and nubuck
• Impregnation of footwear (protects footwear from water, dust and dirt)

How does it work?

Sending your shoes to be cleaned couldn't be easier. You will send the shoes at your own expense by mail, packet, courier or bring them in person. If necessary, you can use our Pick & Ship service - the courier will pick up the package at your home. (The service is charged)

As soon as we receive your shoes, we will notify you of their arrival and the work can begin. You will be informed by e-mail.

After cleaning is complete, your shoes are naturally air-dried and carefully inspected. At this time, we ship the shoes straight back to you, or if you would like, we can offer the following additional services if needed:

• Shoe dyeing
• Sewing or gluing shoes
• Repair of leaky heels
• Sticking the sole
• Changing shoe laces or insoles

These services vary in price based on the amount of work required and will only be performed with your consent. Feel free to message us in advance for a detailed quote or for more information about the process.
